NETHERLANDS – Visual_Active / State of the Image Festival

Organised by the Foundation AV Platform Arnhem this series of events aims at the initiation of activities in the field of audiovisual art, media and technology and anything directly or indirectly connected with or conducive to this field.
Visual_Active presented gallery work, interactive sessions and several adventurous live events with a strong emphasis on audio-visual performance, Vj-ing and live media-art during sept 2006. A selection of international media-artists including VJ Anyone + Motorboy (UK) Peter Greenaway (UK) Ryoichi Kurokawa (JP) D:Fuse (UK) and myselfperformed sets to club audiences and an open air town center stage, bringing together the town for two evenings of full entertainment
